A dedicated devotee to the “No Diet” Diet, Jennifer’s goals for 2012 include drinking more wine and eating more carbs.

Chef Maxcel Hardy is in a league of his own. With 12 years of culinary experience under his belt and countless celebrity clients including Ciara, the Prince of Dubai, Jame Foxx, T.I, Rick Ross, he is well on his way to establishing his own culinary empire. He is currently the personal chef for Amar’e Stoudemire of the New York Knicks. Says Max, “I want to be known as an industry innovator through my drive to be the best chef in the industry. I want my passion and creativity to be evident in everything that I do; and I want people to taste my dedication to excellence in every bite.”

With over 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry, from being an actor to producing movies to running marketing for a major beverage company, Americk is well respected for his creative direction in multiple fields. After assisting Emmanuelle Cuny-Panicker for many years and working with Jay-Z, Kanye West, T.I., Drake, and many more, his love for photography developed in 2009 when he founded GrindingNYC and Am Media Group. Their commercial and creative work has been aired on television worldwide. Says Am, “The people that you meet in your life are there for a reason, all pieces of a puzzle that can help you succeed.”

Currently serving as Creative Director of GrindingNYC he has produced acclaimed content for MTV, Fila, Virgin Mobile and more. His photography credits include Beyonce, Chris Brown, Big Sean, Cee-Lo Green, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Pras (Fugees), and the soon-to-be-famous Jennifer Logue!
